This Cape Town based family runs a fishing business, servicing the restaurant, hospitality and wholesale industry. Offering some rad seasonal and locally sourced fish and seafood they fondly dubbed Greenfish Boxes.

Method:
Defrost and use paper towels to dry the squid.
Dust squid in corn starch (Maizena)
Deep fry in hot oil.
Season with salt, white pepper and chili powder.
